Terms of Service
Hey there! Before we get started, I'll need you to check out these guidelines so there isn't any trouble! Alright, let's start with the dos and don'ts:FOR ART:The client may:
• Print your commission for personal use only;
• Repost your commission on your personal social media page, with proper crediting;
• Have lots of fun with their new awesome artwork!The client may not:
• Get their artwork made before payment;
• Repost without crediting (making sure that my watermark signature is visible is enough);
• Request changes to the base structure or linework of a drawing after approving the sketch, except if it regards a discrepancy that's clearly listed in the character's reference sheet;
• Request changes to the coloring after its approval;
• Redistribute and monetize my work without my consent;
• Neglect credit to my work when asked;
• Demand me to emulate other artist's style, or make modifications that stray too far away from my style guidelines;As the artist, I have the following rights:
• To distribute and use the artworks for self-promotion, unless there's a discussion about it before payment.
• To refuse any commission for any reason.
• To set and change my prices at any time, for any reason.
• To add, discontinue, and offer products and services at my discretion.
• To put a commission on hold and start the next one if the client doesn't reply in 48 hours.
• To alter these Terms of Service at any time*, for any reason.
• I am not responsible for how my artwork is used beyond the platforms where I willingly posted them.Please note that, no matter the alteration, the client holds the right to comply only with the version that they read.I will not draw:
• Extreme violence (torture, physical oppression, humiliation, etc);
• Hyper
• Inflation
• Macro / Micro
• Cub
• Scat / Watersports
• Symbols, gestures, actions, situations and texts that tread on racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any form of hate crime.Payment
• Payment is in USD/REAL and exclusively through PayPal, KO-FI or PIX.
• Payment is taken always either upfront, or after my sketch is approved.Refunds
• The customer has up to 7 days, or until I start the paid portion of the commission, to request a full refund.
• After 7 days, or after I've started your commission, I can offer a 50% refund.
• If the commission has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
FOR DISCORD MANNAGER:
As long as the agreed amount is paid every 30 days, I will organize channels, positions, and overall appearance, as well as create simple images for posting on the server.
• Payment can be made via KO-FI or PIX.
• I will only begin after payment has been made.I reserve the right to:
• Post photos of the server in my ad posts, as long as they do not conflict with the exposure of the server's content.
• Post any content with the server owner's permission.
• Post advertisements for my work on the server.
• Refuse to make configurations or posts of any kind that violate Discord's terms of service.I have a duty to:
• Keep any confidential information about the client, team, server, or channel protected from any unauthorized source.The server owner has the right to:
• Delete or undo any configuration at any time.
• Terminate the contract at any time.
• Post content generated by me and posted on the server on other platforms, including images or videos, referencing me as the artist.What the server owner and team cannot do:
• Claim that the visual content created is their own, or that another artist created it.
• Use my information maliciously on any platform.
• Use my work with the intention of harming the community.The server owner has a duty to:
• Maintain the integrity of the artist.
• Be fair with requests and posts.PS.: To avoid the necessity of a refund, please consider the queue that's displayed and timely updated on my Trello page. Make sure you're comfortable with the wait before you commission.
